Mission Statement

The Technology & Engineering Educators Association of Maine (TEEAM) is the professional organization for technology, innovation, design, and engineering educators in the state.

Our mission is to promote technological literacy for all by supporting the teaching of engineering and technology and promoting the professionalism of those engaged in this pursuit.

TEEAM seeks to strengthen the profession through leadership, professional development, professional conferences, publications, classroom activities, and a liaison with Maine’s Department of Education and the International Technology And Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA).
